Jamie F. is the owner of The Vault Jewelry and Loan. Like his brother Paul, he is a jeweler by trade and has been in the business for 35 years. He opened up his first store, our Leesburg Pike location, in 1989 and has expanded the company to 6 different locations. His motto is “treat people nice and fair, the rest will take care of itself” and we have carried this legacy throughout all of our stores.

He has been in the business for 20 years. Fluent in Spanish and English, Chappie can converse with anyone who visits. He always tries to pay the most and give the best discounts when selling merchandise. With a very approachable demeanor and a strong sense of fairness, he will always take great care to give the best customer service possible.

Jason has been a pawnbroker for 6 years and growing up in a pawnbroker family has made him versatile and knowledgeable on a wide variety of items. Jason specializes in computers and electronics. Jason is known for his friendliness and great with customers. Jason grew up playing sports making him team-oriented and a good leader. In his free time Jason enjoys playing video games and lifting weights.

James (Jamie) F., is the manager of our Centerpointe Way location in Woodbridge, VA. With over 14 years in the pawn business, he is an expert in Diamonds, Gold, and Luxury Watches. He is fluent in Spanish and English and enjoys helping customers’ find the item they want at a great deal. Banks and Big Box stores have convinced many that new and expensive is the only way to buy. He aims to change that paradigm and provide exceptional service and quality products at a bargain price to every person who walks through our doors.

Jeffrey F. works across all six of our locations. He has been with the company for 8 years and willing to work with any customer who comes through our doors. Jeffrey has learned conversational Spanish while working at our stores in order to help as many customers as possible. Whether you’re in Woodbridge, Manassas or Falls Church, Jeffrey is friendly, patient, and will be happy to help you!

Jon B. has been in the business for 32 years. He has lived in Woodbridge his entire life and is well known for his passion and vast knowledge of cars, especially classic cars. He is polite but firm, and well-read on most items.

Diego B. is the assistant manager at Fredericksburg Gold and Pawn. He has over 15 years of experience at the Fredericksburg location. He specializes in electronics, tools, jewelry, and instruments. He is always happy to help anyone needing a loan or selling an item or helping someone find that something special they just can’t live without at the best price possible. Ernesto has been a pawnbroker for over 25 years. His attitude towards customer care is second to none. Ernesto is known for his polite and friendly demeanor. Ernesto is an expert on gold, diamonds, guns, electronics, games and more.

Henry has been in the pawn business for over 26 years and is certified in jewelry repair and manufacturing. He possesses knowledge in gold and silver coins and bullion purchasing and re-sale. He also has experience with Ebay sales and purchasing.

Miguel has been in the sales industry and customer service for over 20 years. Miguel is knowledgeable, polite and dedicated to providing a world-class buying experience. Miguel is responsible for and is dedicated to safely shipping your internet purchases.

Todd is a pawnbroker at our location in Fredericksburg, VA. With over 13 years of experience in the pawn business, he is an expert in gold, tools, and specializes in guns. He is very friendly with an upbeat attitude and enjoys helping customers with all their needs.

Freddy M. G. has been a pawnbroker for 13 years and is knowledgeable in musical instruments, tools, electronics, jewelry and coins. He has learned from the best pawnbrokers in the business. Freddy keeps the traditions and values that we have always prided ourselves on at all of our locations, including great customer service and building long-lasting relationships with the community. He is able to speak both Spanish and English to better help all of our customers. In his free time, Freddy loves to spend time with his daughter, as well as play soccer and drums. He loves to chat about music and musical instruments. He loves to keep up with the newer technology and is always eager to expand his knowledge of jewelry and precious stones.

Michael F. is a longtime Woodbridge resident and has been with Metro Pawn since 2011. He loves working at the shop and learned from his father and uncle who have been in the pawn business since 1985. He grew up around the shops, so he can help you with any type of item and has a lot of knowledge about cars, audio and sneakers. Michael values his ability to help any customers and make deals, so if you need anything stop and see him at our Daniel Stuart Square location.

Michael (Mike) M. is the manager of our location at 1956 Daniel Square. He has been at this location for over twenty years and has built a base of customers that will drive past many other pawn shops to see him. Michael enjoys travel and is a fan of most local sports teams. Michael believes that the biggest factor of success in this business is trust. It’s important to him that customers know when they drop off their items, it will be well taken care of and that they will get a good deal on quality merchandise when making a purchase. Michael will be happy to help with anything, but specializes in jewelry, watches and coins.

Pedro G. is one of the managers at The Vault Jewelry and Loan. He has been working at The Vault Jewelry and Loan since 2003. With over 15 years of experience, Pedro is our most versatile pawnbroker. In addition to being bilingual, he has a great deal of knowledge of most tools and commercial machines, as well as high-end jewelry and watches. He can help customers with either buying or selling literally anything that the pawnshop will deal with. Pedro grew up racing dirt bikes competitively and has a beautiful family. Sometimes there is a line for Pedro, as his customers really enjoy dealing with him and are willing to wait for the great service.

Hunter has been a pawnbroker for over 3 years. Hunter specializes in electronics, coins, currency, and everything Apple. He has worked with many longtime pawnbrokers over the last few years and picked up a great deal of experience. He is friendly, pleasant to talk to and always ready to help.

Wesley is knowledgeable about computers, tools, and most electronics. He started with us 2 years ago and excels in his technical knowledge, and customer service skills. Wesley is bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English.

William has over 13 years of experience and is an expert in high-end jewelry, watches, and estate items. He loves the ability to assist others and understands his customer’s needs. His goal is always to make sure they have a pleasant experience. He lives locally and regularly runs into his customers on a daily basis, always saying hello and talking for a few minutes. He takes great pride in his ability to bridge the gap with people and connect.

Chris K. is the manager at the Route 50 Location in Falls Church VA. He is a pawnbroker with 10 Years of experience and has the wherewithal to help in pawning or selling any item brought in.
