Jamie F. is the owner of The Vault Jewelry and Loan. Like his brother Paul, he is a jeweler by trade and has been in the business for 35 years. He opened up his first store, our Leesburg Pike location, in 1989 and has expanded the company to 6 different locations. His motto is “treat people nice and fair, the rest will take care of itself” and we have carried this legacy throughout all of our stores.

My name is Aaron Guerrero, and I currently live in Manassas, Virginia. I am originally from El Salvador, and I’m proud of my roots and the values that have shaped me into the person I am today. I am also a proud Christian, and my faith plays an important role in how I treat others and approach life.
About a year ago, I joined The Vault Jewelry and Loan team, where I’ve enjoyed learning, growing, and helping customers. I consider myself a kind, friendly, and hardworking person who genuinely enjoys helping others. I always try to make customers feel welcomed and comfortable while providing them with the best service possible.
Outside of work, I have a strong interest in sports, cars, fishing, and animals. I enjoy staying active, learning new things, and spending time doing the things I love.
As I continue growing personally and professionally, my goal is to keep improving, helping others, and representing The Vault with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Hi, my name is Alex, and I’m 19 years old. I’ve been part of The Vault team for over a year, working in sales and customer service. One of my favorite things about working here is getting to meet and interact with all kinds of people. Every customer is different, and I enjoy having the opportunity to help people find what they’re looking for while making their experience at The Vault a good one.
Over the past year, I’ve learned a lot through my time at The Vault. Working in sales and customer service has helped me become more comfortable talking with people, learn about different products, and gain experience that I can carry with me into the future. I enjoy the variety that comes with working here and never knowing exactly who I’m going to meet or what I’ll learn that day.
Outside of work, I enjoy hanging out with my friends and listening to music. I’m also currently attending college and studying radiography, which is something I’m excited to pursue as a career. Hello, my name is Jennifer, and I’m 19 years old. I was born and raised in Virginia, and I’ve been proud to be part of The Vault team in Manassas for the past two months, where I work in sales and customer service.
In my role at The Vault, I enjoy helping customers find the products they’re looking for while making sure every person who walks through our doors has a friendly, welcoming, and positive experience. I enjoy interacting with customers from all different backgrounds and appreciate the opportunity to meet new people and learn from each experience.
Since joining The Vault, I’ve had the opportunity to expand my knowledge of a wide variety of products, including jewelry, tools, firearms, and many other items. Working in such a diverse environment has allowed me to develop new skills, become more confident in assisting customers, and learn something new every day. Hi, my name is Miguel, and I’ve been part of The Vault Jewelry and Loan team for 20 years. Over the years, one of the things I’ve enjoyed most about working at The Vault is the opportunity to interact with customers and help people find what they need.
Working in the pawn business for so many years has given me the chance to see, handle, and learn about an incredible variety of products. Every day can bring something different, and I enjoy continuing to expand my knowledge while using my experience to provide customers with friendly and helpful service.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar, playing video games, and playing soccer. These are some of my favorite ways to relax, have fun, and spend my free time.

James (Jamie) F., is the manager of our Centerpointe Way location in Woodbridge, VA. With over 14 years in the pawn business, he is an expert in Diamonds, Gold, and Luxury Watches. He is fluent in Spanish and English and enjoys helping customers’ find the item they want at a great deal. Banks and Big Box stores have convinced many that new and expensive is the only way to buy. He aims to change that paradigm and provide exceptional service and quality products at a bargain price to every person who walks through our doors.

Jeffrey F. works across all six of our locations. He has been with the company for 8 years and willing to work with any customer who comes through our doors. Jeffrey has learned conversational Spanish while working at our stores in order to help as many customers as possible. Whether you’re in Woodbridge, Manassas or Falls Church, Jeffrey is friendly, patient, and will be happy to help you!

Jon B. has been in the business for 32 years. He has lived in Woodbridge his entire life and is well known for his passion and vast knowledge of cars, especially classic cars. He is polite but firm, and well-read on most items.

Hey! My name is Jonathan, and I’m the Manager of Parkway Pawn in Woodbridge, Virginia. I’m 30 years old, and outside of work most of my time is spent with my wife and our three boys. We have a pair of energetic twins and a youngest son who is almost six months old, so there is rarely a dull moment at home!
When I’m not working or spending time with my family, you can usually find me playing video games or collecting Pokémon cards. Those interests give me another way to relax, have fun, and connect with customers and coworkers who enjoy the same things.
I’m proud to be one of the youngest managers in the company. In my five years with The Vault, I’ve grown tremendously both professionally and personally. Along the way, I’ve met many great coworkers and customers, built lasting relationships, and learned from mentors throughout the company who have generously shared their guidance and experience.

Hello, my name is Sherri! I’m originally from Central Arlington, Virginia, and moved to Dale City in Woodbridge about 10 years ago. I’m a proud mother of three: one boy, one girl, and one very loved kitty! Everything I do and strive to be is inspired by my children, my family, and my faith in God.
I joined The Vault a little over a year ago, and during that time I’ve had the opportunity to meet and help many wonderful and interesting people. I’ve learned a great deal both professionally and personally, and I’m grateful for every experience that has helped me grow.
What makes The Vault special to me is that we truly are a family. We’re a family-owned business, but we also try to treat everyone who walks through our doors like family. Diego B. is the assistant manager at Fredericksburg Gold and Pawn. He has over 15 years of experience at the Fredericksburg location. He specializes in electronics, tools, jewelry, and instruments. He is always happy to help anyone needing a loan or selling an item or helping someone find that something special they just can’t live without at the best price possible. Ernesto has been a pawnbroker for over 25 years. His attitude towards customer care is second to none. Ernesto is known for his polite and friendly demeanor. Ernesto is an expert on gold, diamonds, guns, electronics, games and more.

Henry has been in the pawn business for over 26 years and is certified in jewelry repair and manufacturing. He possesses knowledge in gold and silver coins and bullion purchasing and re-sale. He also has experience with Ebay sales and purchasing.

Todd is a pawnbroker at our location in Fredericksburg, VA. With over 13 years of experience in the pawn business, he is an expert in gold, tools, and specializes in guns. He is very friendly with an upbeat attitude and enjoys helping customers with all their needs.

Hi, my name is Freddy. I’ve been a pawnbroker for nearly 20 years, giving me extensive experience with the wide range of merchandise and situations that come through our doors. I enjoy using that experience to help customers understand their options and find the right solution for what they need.
I’m The Vault’s technology specialist, with particular expertise in Apple products. Whether I’m evaluating a device, answering technical questions, or helping a customer find the right piece of technology, I enjoy keeping up with new products and putting that knowledge to work.
Outside of work, my favorite way to spend my time is with my daughter. I’m also well known around the store for keeping things lively and giving people a hard time from time to time. Fortunately, our customers seem to like me anyway—and many of them have continued coming back to work with me over the years.

Hi, my name is Javier. I’m a full-time pawnbroker with several years of experience in the industry. Working at The Vault has given me the opportunity to learn about a wide variety of merchandise and assist customers with many different needs.
I enjoy the fact that every day brings something different. Whether I’m helping someone with a loan, evaluating an item, or assisting a customer who is looking for something to purchase, I try to make the experience straightforward, comfortable, and helpful.
Outside of work, soccer is one of my biggest interests. I enjoy both watching and playing the game, and I also help my brother coach a local soccer team. It’s a great way to stay involved with the sport, support my family, and contribute to the local community.

Hi, my name is Leo. I work part time at The Vault while attending college. I’m still relatively new to the pawn industry, but I’ve enjoyed becoming part of the team and learning more about the business with every shift.
One of the most interesting parts of working in a pawn shop is the incredible variety of merchandise we see. There is always a different item to examine, a new subject to learn about, or a new customer situation to understand. That constant variety gives me the opportunity to keep expanding my knowledge day by day.
I also used to play soccer, although some of my coworkers might say I didn’t make the most of whatever athletic ability I was given. These days, I’m focused on balancing school, work, and continuing to grow in my role at The Vault.

Michael F. is a longtime Woodbridge resident and has been with Metro Pawn since 2011. He loves working at the shop and learned from his father and uncle who have been in the pawn business since 1985. He grew up around the shops, so he can help you with any type of item and has a lot of knowledge about cars, audio and sneakers. Michael values his ability to help any customers and make deals, so if you need anything stop and see him at our Daniel Stuart Square location.

Outside of work, I enjoy just about anything with two wheels: motorcycles, dirt bikes, and bicycles. I’ve broken so many bones in motorcycle accidents that I’ve lost count, but that hasn’t diminished my enthusiasm. I’m also a devoted dog owner, although my dog may be a little spoiled, he refuses to drink anything but bottled water.

Hi, my name is Xavier, but most people call me X. I joined The Vault team a few months ago and have enjoyed becoming part of the crew. Since starting, I’ve been learning something new every day about the pawn business, our merchandise, and how we help our customers.
I’m still early in my career with The Vault, but I’m excited to continue building my knowledge and becoming more confident behind the counter. The variety of items and situations we see keeps the work interesting, and each day gives me another opportunity to improve.
Outside of work, I enjoy going out, having fun, and spending time with my friends. I’m also known around the store for eating lunch more than once a day-so if you see me heading out for food, there’s a good chance it isn’t my first lunch.

Hunter has been a pawnbroker for over 3 years. Hunter specializes in electronics, coins, currency, and everything Apple. He has worked with many longtime pawnbrokers over the last few years and picked up a great deal of experience. He is friendly, pleasant to talk to and always ready to help.

Wesley is knowledgeable about computers, tools, and most electronics. He started with us 2 years ago and excels in his technical knowledge, and customer service skills. Wesley is bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English.

William has over 13 years of experience and is an expert in high-end jewelry, watches, and estate items. He loves the ability to assist others and understands his customer’s needs. His goal is always to make sure they have a pleasant experience. He lives locally and regularly runs into his customers on a daily basis, always saying hello and talking for a few minutes. He takes great pride in his ability to bridge the gap with people and connect.

Hello, my name is Alec. I’m 30 years old, half Colombian, and currently learning Spanish. Growing up in an Air Force family gave me the opportunity to live in Bogotá, Colombia; Damascus, Syria; and several states across the U.S. Of all those places, Monterey, California, remains one of my favorites.
I recently joined The Vault team on Route 50 after managing Ayers Variety and Hardware. I’ve enjoyed continuing my work in customer service and sales, so if you recognize me from Ayers, come say hello! Hello, my name is Bob. I came to the United States from Iran in 1977. Over nearly five decades, I’ve had the opportunity to build and operate several successful businesses, provide goods and services to my customers, and contribute to the communities where those businesses were located.
In 1980, I opened West Gate Gulf Service Station in Tysons Corner. Two years later, I sold it to pursue the opportunity to own and operate an Exxon Tiger Mart and gas station in Manassas, which I continued operating until 1997.
I then founded Pawn City in Woodbridge and spent 28 years building it as a true collateral-lending and retail business. I’m proud that Pawn City became one of the area’s most successful pawnshops, supported by loyal customers, consistent growth, and strong long-term performance.
Today, I’m proud to work with The Vault Jewelry and Loan at our Falls Church location. I enjoy engaging with customers, helping them receive the best possible service, and continually challenging myself to improve. My work ethic is highly competitive, I strive to exceed my own previous performance, lead in sales, and earn lasting customer satisfaction.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching professional soccer and spending time with my family. Of everything I’ve accomplished in business, my greatest achievements are my family, especially my son, AJ, and my grandson, Greyson.
